The dentist (Dr. Behkish) is exceptionally professional, calm, and precise — genuinely the best I have met so far. The hygienist (Diane) is equally outstanding: highly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive, performing her work with great care while also providing additional helpful items and personalized guidance to support better oral health at home. The receptionists adds an exceptional level of empathy and warmth, making every interaction feel comfortable and reassuring. Together, the team creates an environment where you truly feel cared for, respected, and supported.

For me, like many people, going to the dentist is not an enjoyable experience, and can even be anxiety producing. Dr. Behkish, and my hygienist Diane, have both went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and made an uncomfortable time the easiest it could be. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who has anxiety visiting the dentist and wants individualized care, given with the utmost respect and understanding.

This last visit was for a mid-year cleaning with a lovely hygienist named Diane. She was fantastic. So knowledgeable. I learned a lot from her about my teeth, the best way to clean them and which products would benefit the most. The staff are great. I especially appreciate how they stay on top my benefits so that there are no unexpected charges. Also, I have been more relaxed there than any other dental clinic. I highly recommend Seaside Smile Clinic.

I've had extreme dental phobia my entire life and now i'm excited on the morning of my cleaning, for real. i had a panic attack during a filling and the dentist showed me pictures of kittens to calm down, these guys are the best 😅

My root canal went very well, doctor & staff are kind, gentle and checked that I was feeling ok due to my anxiety level. I didn't feel a thing during the procedure and there was no pain afterwards. Great dentist.

I hadn’t yet looked for a dentist after moving to Nanaimo, when I thought I broke a tooth - of course on a weekend. Seaside Smile was one of the few that could see me quickly and I discovered a very friendly and helpful practice. The issue has since been resolved perfectly and without any discomfort and I’m sure I did find the right place for all my future dental needs
