We also understand that your time is valuable, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your busy lifestyle. Whether you need an early morning appointment or a late afternoon visit, we are here to make dental care convenient for you. 

We utilize an automated reminder system to send notifications via email and text, and we can also call, if that is your preference. These reminders typically go out a few days before the appointment and can include options for confirmation or rescheduling. 

Personalized follow up are also possible with patients who miss their appointments or need to reschedule. This can be done through direct calls or personalized messages to ensure you can rebook your visit promptly. 

In office assistance: our dedicated admin staff will assist patients with scheduling during their visits. This can include setting up future appointments at checkout and providing a convenient appointment card with details of your next appointment. 

Regarding cancellations: Please provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. As a busy practice, no shows mean that other patients miss out, so we have introduced this policy to allow us to offer the time slot to another patient in need of care.

We accept all major insurance plans and offer a variety of payment options to make dental care more affordable. 

We also signed up for the Canada Dental Plan, which aims to improve access to dental care for uninsured and underinsured Canadians. It provides financial assistance to low and middle-income families, ensuring essential dental services are affordable. The plan covers routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, and other necessary treatments. 

As there are so many dental insurance companies and dental plans across Canada, with each having a different fee guide, and different limitations, deductibles and percentages of fees that are covered. We would therefore please ask that you know and understand your coverage and limitations of your plan as it is your responsibility as an informed patient. Due to the Personal Information Privacy Act (PIPA), many insurance companies will not allow us to contact them to inquire about insurance plan information on your behalf. 

We understand that dental care can be a significant investment. To help ease financial concerns, our knowledgeable staff will do their best to assist with insurance claims and provide detailed cost estimates to ensure you are fully informed about your financial responsibilities.
